We Are Excited To Announce Our Participation With American Health Specialties
Insight Health and Fitness Center is excited to announce our participation with American Health Specialties (AshLink) Active & Fit and Silver & Fit programs. These programs may be a benefit of your health insurance policy for which you may receive an insurance-covered membership if eligible. AshLink has hundreds of participating insurance companies and fitness facilities across the country, and we are very excited to be able to extend our facility to those eligible through AshLink. Some of the more popular insurances are listed below:

At the link, you will be asked to create an account in order to check eligibility. You must complete the registration in order to check your eligibility. If it says you are NOT eligible but believe you should be, please call AshLink at 1-877-771-2746 to confirm. If you are eligible, please come by the fitness center during normal hours of operation and get your membership started!
- IHFC is putting security first and is a member exclusive facility with a strike lock entrance (requiring a unique identifier code or bluetooth through smartphone app to gain access).
- If you’d like a tour, please stop by during normal hours of operation.
Membership Privileges:
- INDOOR POOL: Swim Laps, Water Walking/Running, Aquatic Classes available
- INDOOR TRACK: Walk/Run Laps (7.5 laps = 1 mile)
- STRENGTH EQUIPMENT: New floor of Freemotion machines available
- CARDIO EQUIPMENT: Treadmills, Ellipticals, Steppers, and Bikes
- FUNCTIONAL FITNESS FLOOR: Access to kettlebells, battle ropes, jump boxes, boxing equipment, the tredwall, and more…
- FITNESS CLASSES: Aqua, Aerobics, Yoga, Spin – free to members
- PLAY: Basketball (court closes at 6pm daily), Racquetball
- DETOX & REJUVENATE: Jacuzzi, Steam Room, Sauna
- TOWEL SERVICE: Towels available on a first come first serve basis.
- LOCKERS: Locker space available. Members must bring their own lock to use a locker for the duration of their daily visit only. Any locks left overnight will be cut and items will be discarded or donated.
IHFC is now a paperless and cashless facility. All community members must sign-up online and provide a credit card, debit card, or bank account for automated billing services.
- If you require assistance with the sign-up process, please visit our facility and a friendly staff member will assist you.
12-month contracts are available with the options to pay in full or pay monthly.
